French

Why learn French? French has a long tradition as a language of international diplomacy, and many say it is the language of love!

In any case, it is good to know this: French is spoken officially in close to 40 countries in all five continents. French is the most widely learned second language (after English). In addition to opening for you the doors of francophone companies in France, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium and Africa, French is the language of cooking, fashion, theatre, visual arts, dance and architecture. French is easy to learn, especially for speakers of English and other European languages, and learning French will make learning Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Romanian much easier for you.

French courses at Multi-Language Cafe

If you are interested in learning French but dislike the idea of attending a regular language school, consider taking private French lessons with one of our teachers. Private lessons are more engaging than group classes and will help you master the language faster. You can follow your classes online, using a service like Zoom or Skype, or in person, in public places like a library or a coffee shop. You decide your own schedule and you book your own classes in our online calendar according to your own availabilities. If you want to take private French classes but still like the idea of studying as a group, you can form a small group with your friends and register for semi-private lessons.

Our private French teachers

All our French teachers are highly qualified and hold university-level degrees or relevant language teaching certifications. Tell your teacher about your learning objectives. Are you learning French for travel? For work? For immigration purposes? The teachers will be able to adapt their teaching methods and didactic materials to your particular needs. Take a look at our list of French courses to find the teacher that best aligns with your interests.
