Beginners to more advanced, my students will learn all there is to be known about Italian pronunciation, lexicon, grammar and common culture. I specialize in Italian for Music and for Information Technologies, but feel free to ask for other areas of interest.

I rely on on-line resources so that the student can easily follow up each lesson, plus some custom material from myself. Everything is adapted to individual needs and demands and a I try to be as flexible as possible about lessons hours.

I have taken 50 hours of individual Italian lessons with Gianluca mostly by Skype and I plan to take 50 more. I am an American living and working in Paris and I looked for a teacher with whom I could start learning Italian from French. It took only a few lessons for Gianluca to adapt to my learning style and interests. The lessons are enjoyable, efficient and customized for me. You can't play what you can't hear!

I have been teaching music in private lessons, music schools and at university level since 2012 and I always start working with the student's musical ear, at any level.

I obtained a Master's Degree in Jazz Music in Milan, and an Early Music Recorder Diploma at Pavia's Conservatory. I currently play in several bands ranging from Jazz to Tango, from Early music to Gipsy.

I also wrote several music books (available on amazon.com).
