This course will improve your ability to speak conversational English. It will focus on making small talk in English and asking questions and answering questions in English with correct grammar and appropriate phrases.

Teaching approach:

My course focuses on common phrases and idioms that people use when making small talk such as talking about the weather and hobbies. It focuses on avoiding common grammar mistakes that non native English speakers make. It also teaches how to start a conversation and how to ask questions and how to listen better.

About the teacher

My name is Jimmie Lee and I am Korean American. I taught English in South Korea for 12 years. I teach conversation skills, grammar, pronunciation, and IELTS. I live in district 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. I grew up in the Washington DC area. I am currently teaching private lessons to students in Ho Chi Minh.
