I'll learn about your needs and motivations, and together we'll co-create a lesson plan that makes sense for you while also challenging and expanding your perspective on the world through decolonial thinking.
Instead of having a "one-class-fits-all" model, I prefer working with iterations of lessons based on how your learning journey evolves. I'll ask you for recurrent feedback in that regard, and I will be flexible with our lesson plans.

Originally from Brazil, I'm a digital nomad passionate about intercultural communication and diversity. With 9+ years of experience in the field of social impact, I have accumulated a lot of experience with designing learning experiences for skills development on an individual and collective level.
The foundation of my approach is decolonial thinking, so what sets my work apart is creating learning experiences that value people's histories and backgrounds, challenging the way we generate and share knowledge.
