This classes are designed for people with some knowledge in Spanish (any level above absolute beginner) to increase their ability to communicate or communicate fluently. Exercises and class dynamic will be adjusted to the needs of the student.
Estas clases están diseñadas para estudiantes que saben algo de español (cualquier nivel arriba de completo principiante) y que quieren mejorar su habilidad de comunicarse o de comunicarse de forma más fluida. Ejercicios y la dinámica de las clases serán ajustadas de acuerdo al estudiante.
I believe the best way to learn a language is through conversation. I intend to engage my students on subjects of their interest to converse about if their level is high enough. I recognize my student's mistakes and work towards improvement. I also believe a good teacher should adjust him/herself to the needs and wants of the students. Conversation will be complemented with written exercises.

I am Fernanda and I study Anthropology and Sociology at McGill University. I was born in Mexico and when I was 16 I got a scholarship to go to a United World College in India. I spent my last 2 years of high school there and then I moved to Amsterdam to do my university. I am on my third and last year of university and I am on exchange in Montreal. I am a very responsible but flexible person. I like to meet new people and help them out with spanish. My classes are mainly conversational.

I was a rural teacher for illiterate adults in Mexico. I did Spanish tutoring on my stay in India for people taking IB Spanish classes. I have also informally taught spanish to friends in Amsterdam and Montreal.
